Known Elysiums

This information is known to all members of the local Camarilla, those of the local Anarch Movement and indepedents in good standing with the LOCAL Camarilla.

- Shea's Theater
- City Hall
- The Historical Museum
- The Basilica
ALL Weapons are strictly prohibited on Elysium.
Unless being attacked, ALL gifts of the blood are strictly prohibited on Elysium locations, including Obfuscate excluding Auspex used by designatedd individual to keep an eye out for Obfuscated intruders.
The Keeper can be reached through his ghoul or his assistant, save for the Prince, Court Officer's, the Harpy and the Primogen Council.

As a clarification, Elysia should be a place of Peace. As such, I would assume no kindred would attempt something like a praxis claim on Elysia. The action in doing so is not merely cowardly, but claims of praxis have brought kindred to frenzy and have fought to the death regarding the matter. As such, any claims of praxis will be viewed any other violent action performed on Elysia and will be responded to accordingly.
